Water based ink for PVC decorative film

Nowadays, the building materials and home decoration industry has increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection, and environmentally friendly water-based printing ink is a major trend.

Our company's water based ink for decorative film has the following advantages:
1. It is possible not to modify the existing solvent based printing machine
2. Use the original printing anilox cylinder
3. The VOC emission of the production workshop meets the standard
4. The printing operation is simple, just like the solvent-based printing process

6. The printed finished product does not have the pungent odor of solvent ink printing finished product

Printing conditions
It can be used stably on conventional solvent-based printing machine
1. Drying temperature:40-50℃
2.Printing viscosity:11 seconds, Zahn cup 3#
3. Anilox cylinder:150-200 lines/inch
4. Heat lamination temperature is 5-10℃ higher than solvent based system
5. Only suitable for heat sealing PVC decorative film
6. Ink reduced by clear water or ethanol
7. Diluting ratio: Ink: varnish=1:1-3
8. After printing, the anilox cylinder should be washed with water or alcohol as soon as possible
9. The remaining ink should be covered and stored to prevent crusting on the surface

Precautions for the use of PVC water-based ink
1. For the blending of reducer, the ratio of ethanol (95% edible alcohol) to tap water is recommended to be 7:3. If it is a water-based special printing equipment, it can be adjusted to 4:6 or 3:7. It depends on the actual drying speed
2. Printing recommendations:If the bottom film printed suggested printing speed is 60-80M/min, drying temperature is 50-55℃
3. The printing film should be more than 2 cm wider than each side of the glue pressure roller (to prevent the back of the printing film from getting ink spots, it is very easy to hold the cylinder and stick to the cylinder when laminating).
4. Suggestions for lamination: The lamination of the ink printing film can be about 5℃ higher than the lamination temperature of the corresponding solvent printing film according to the same thickness
5. Printing viscosity: no higher than 13 seconds Zahn cup 3#
